You can use a standard 0.4 print head with a 0.2 layer height. I recommend using Cura's lighting as the infill with bridge supports for supporting the characters hands, these are the settings and supports I used on my printer that worked great. I set my printer to layer height of 0.12 which is a Cura default for my printer, Cura calls it Super Quality, turned out really smooth, barely sanded to smooth it a pinch more. Inspired by Umbreon and Kirby characters and is approx 85mm tall.
