Inspire 1 mount for GoPro, etc
thingiverse
Install a GoPro almost anywhere on your Inspire 1. Place it above, below, behind the drone. Look forward, backward, upward, downward, sideways, or at an angle. Shapeways can create high-quality prints of this attachment if desired. The added weight is only about 130 grams, including the GoPro, roughly equivalent to the difference between a TB47 battery and a TB48. Mount it vertically over the center of the aircraft body or horizontally for maximum spacing from the spinning props. When modifying your drone, always plan carefully and test before flight. If mounting beneath the aircraft, be aware that you do not block the Vision Positioning System. You are fully responsible for any risks involved in this modification. Instructions to follow: 1. Print two battery plates. 2. Print one or both of the horizontal and/or vertical arms. 3. Optionally print the GoPro frame and/or 200mm arm. 4. Clean your prints with a blade to preserve the tight fit but remove any burrs. 5. Insert the battery plates into the external battery channel, upward into the white eaves and secure around the battery compartment base using Velcro or a zip tie. 6. Install the arm(s) and optionally secure it with codder pins (or bent paper clips).
