Inspection door modified for Flexible Filaments
prusaprinters

In some cases, I experimented with printing failures using flexible filaments due to the jam of the filament between the extruder and the PTFE tube. This remix has been made with the purpose of reducing the empty space between the extruder gear and the PTFE tube, so avoiding the filament folding into an empty space.

I used the original Prusa inspection door and I modified it in Blender.

You can print it in PLA with 15% infill and a layer height of 0.2 mm and it will fit perfectly to the scope. I suggest tightening the screw of the inspection door, once in the right position, to prevent a pushing filament to open it
