The underside of kitchen waste disposal air switches remains often inaccessible due to the sink bowl's obstruction, making them notoriously difficult to reach. To overcome this challenge, I designed a tool that extends your grasp, enabling you to tighten the large plastic nut on an InSinkErator air switch with ease. This ingenious device functions as a massive hand-held spanner or wrench, allowing you to snugly secure the nut onto the body of the switch, which is conveniently located at the top. To optimize its use, I recommend installing the air tube before inserting the switch and threading it through the nut and this tool. By doing so, you'll avoid the frustration of trying to attach it afterwards.
