Connection part between the windscreen holder and the phone holder for an Insignia NS-MVMU5 (Best Buy SKU 3619008). I purchased this smartphone holder a couple of years ago while on roadtrip in the US, and recently the connection piece broke. Designed a new piece because I like the model and don't want to throw away an otherwise functional phone holder.
