This replacement part is for my NS-BTHDP wireless headset, which has provided comfort and usefulness for years. The foam/fabric cushion fell off due to abuse, and the retainer ring broke. To prolong usage, this part aims to maximize its lifespan as the headset's battery life remains excellent. If it fails, I might repurpose it as a wireless receiver for my boat's head unit via Aux in. An update includes a second version for printing without support or raft issues. The third model offers easier twisting into position. Firstly, print the original replica version that requires support; secondly, opt for the modified second version if no support is desired, but note PLA prints fit better than ABS due to shrinkage. Use 1-2 layers and 100% infill for fast printing with high infill.
