I store my spools in 5-gallon buckets with tight-fitting lids, and I made this basket to hold desiccant packets. It fits snugly down the center of a stack of spools. The basket is 198 millimeters tall (my printer has a 200-millimeter build height capacity), making it suitable for taller printers as well. With a diameter of 1.875 inches, the basket will fit loosely inside my spools. I printed this thing in PLA without supports needed. This design is airy and requires only 15 grams of material to print. Using PLA that costs $23.99 per kilogram, Cura estimates the printing cost at $0.37. It takes about eight hours to print with a layer height of 0.2 millimeters.
