Inside the caliper's body, the length is roughly 14cm, while from one tip of the outside calipers to the other measures about 15cm. Both are currently set at a thickness of 3mm, but you can always opt for thicker settings if needed. These precision tools feature a tapered tip that allows for more precise measurements, yet this design also means the ends may be slightly weaker. Keep in mind that securing the prongs will require M3 screws, washers, and nuts to prevent any slippage or movement.
