These inserts fit perfectly on an 18-inch 1.6A Porter Cable scroll saw, PCB375SS. They offer a flush surface, unlike the standard insert provided with the saw. Three unique designs are included: one features an L-shaped slot similar to the original (L-Slot), another boasts a straight slot (Straight Slot), and a third offers a single 7mm hole in the center (Hole). Currently, my go-to choice is the straight slot design. They differ from the standard insert by lacking the tiny clips at the bottom, relying solely on gravity for retention. While I haven't encountered any issues with this setup, if you prefer the clips, another user has created a similar design (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2533523). I fabricated these inserts using PETG and engineered them to be thicker and more robust than the original insert. As a result, they possess superior rigidity.
