Insert for Maracaibo (1st ed) and Uprising expansion

An insert for Maracaibo and the Uprising expansion. I have tried to prioritise both setting up/packing away time. There is probably a better solution for the nation cubes, but I didn't have the patience to find it. Accommodates sleeved cards (except the story cards - what kind of loonie would sleeve those?) The coin tray and holder holds the upgraded metal coins - but should be fine with the original cardboard ones. Note that the player piece trays are sized for the (smaller) first edition discs - I have no idea if the file could be tweaked to accommodate the larger discs in later printings, but I have added an alternative for people to try. The legacy tiles are stored in six trays with 6mm by 3mm diameter magnets in the corners, to hold the trays together; the insert might work without the magnets but I like the way they help avoid tiles moving around. I could have gone with a different, more space-efficient solution but I like to have the in-use tiles face-up and the unused ones face-down between games. Sleeved cards, metal coins and the insert makes the box quite heavy though!
