This is a fully functional, three-dimensional printable insect relaxation unit designed for taxidermy and pinning insects. It employs the least possible degree of overhangs to guarantee minimal supports are required. Unlike typical relaxation units crafted from plastic tubs, this design enables seamless suspension and humidification of insects due to its innovative screen feature. As a result, individuals with access to 3D printers, including educational institutions, can effortlessly produce rather than fabricate their own chamber. This design is also highly scalable, capable of being reduced down to 75% size! At 75%, the unit measures 110mm x 60mm x 30mm in length, width, and depth respectively. The full-sized unit stands at 145mm x 84mm x 45mm (LxWxD), while the pictured example is an 80% scaled-down version with a chamber size of 120mm x 70mm x 35mm (LxWxD).
