Inosuke Sword (full size)
thingiverse
Did a remix of another user's Inosuke swords. Made them full size, cut up the parts into pieces so they could print properly, and added holes for 1/8" steel rods to go through the center. Print orientation: Print the blade pieces with the point of the blade upwards. This will use the least support material with good resolution. I needed to use a brim to keep the pieces on my print bed. Some of the interconnected pieces may not fit together perfectly and might need to be cut after printing (this will not affect the look of the sword). For the STL files, I named each part of the blade from 1-8, with 1 being the end of the hilt and 8 being the end of the blade. The names got messed up after publishing, it should look as b2.stl b2(1).stl, for example, to show parts one and two of that blade part.
