This is a spreader tool I designed to aid in adding sections of inner tube to a scuba harness. I got tired of installing/repositioning these sections of inner tube on my continuous webbing harness only to have half of the inner tube sections rip or curl up in the process of feeding the webbing thru them. Yes its a minor problem, but I have a 3D printer so why not have a tool to help me manage my frustration levels :)
