This device is designed to effortlessly open the inner pull top of oils or dressing bottles, and more. It's perfect for individuals who struggle with pinching power due to weakness in their hands. Typically, inner pull tops require some level of pulling force to operate. However, many elderly people face difficulty in exerting this amount of force, making it challenging for them to open even the simplest of containers. My patient is a senior citizen living alone at home. She enjoys salads and beer, but after developing Neuromuscular disease, she found herself unable to open dressing bottles or beer cans. I created this device specifically for her, so she could once again enjoy her favorite foods and beverages without any hassle. This innovative tool serves as an aid for individuals with weak finger strength, providing them with the independence they need to live life on their own terms.
