InMoov Variable Servo Sizes
thingiverse
Hi InMoov builder, I've designed a few OpenScad files that will enable you to produce separate versions of parts that connect directly to servos. Please keep in mind these designs are not perfect, being version 1 after all. If the result is unacceptable or if you need any additional parts, I'd appreciate it if you could let me know. You can access my designs by downloading and installing OpenScad (it's open source). To work with the files, navigate to the top of the script using View/Enable Editor if the text is not visible. Here, input your servo values manually. To test your design, use F5 on your keyboard. If everything looks good, go ahead and create an .STL by using F6 followed by Export as STL. Before printing, I strongly advise that you run a diagnostic analysis on the .STL file using netfabb. Ensure that all reference points are correct with the help of measuring tool provided within netfabb, matching your servo's specs before finalizing print job. Detailed instructions for creating .stl files for the opposite side can be found in the script header itself. Best regards, Juerg + Marvin
