Inmoov shoulder and Bicep improvements
thingiverse
During the construction of my Inmoov, I found out that I would have to do a lot of rework on the bicep and shoulder screw areas to get them working correctly. Instead, I imported the STL files into CAD, converted everything to solids and corrected the 3D models bearing journal alignments and added some extra clearance to make everything work with the default screw. Attached are the new STL files based on that effort. Also, attached is a hex bit to test the mechanism without the servo using a 1/4" drive screw gun. I also used stainless ball bearings and filled the cavities with 'Super Lube 21030 Synthetic Grease'.
