Inmoov's hand's servo's actuator
thingiverse
At Funlab (http://funlab.fr), we've developed a modified RobRingV3 design for InMoov's hand, replacing its servo actuators. Our goal was to make tendon attachment and fine-tuning easier. We successfully implemented a solution using two washers, a bolt, and a nut per tendon. This design allows for adjustments without glue. The RobRingV3 middle hole has been enlarged to fit our MGR996R servos. French readers can find more information on our wiki (http://funlab.fr/funwiki/doku.php?id=projets:construction_du_robot_inmouv). For each actuator, you'll need four M3 bolts and nuts – two for attaching tendons to a finger and two more for storing extra fishing braid for later adjustments and easy handling. Additionally, a rubber band prevents unwinding of the extra braid. Before placing the cover on the forearm, ensure no bolts touch the inside. French readers can find detailed assembly instructions on our wiki (http://funlab.fr/funwiki/doku.php?id=projets:construction_du_robot_inmouv).
