Screws printed with splines for easier assembly. If the splines don't fit perfectly, heat the screw with a heatgun until it gets slightly soft. I designed screws for the shoulder. I also include an STL file for the splines so you can create splines in any servohorn design. The splines fit Hitec HS805BB and possibly other servos. Find more information about the splines here: https://www.servocity.com/html/hitec_servo_splines.html#.Vpq-iyrNzIU. Update 2015-01-24 - Added a movie showing it in action on YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Y8ikBOX035k. The splines fit the gearbox for InMoov robot shoulders found at http://www.inmoov.fr. Print Settings: Printer: Vertex K8400 Rafts: Doesn't Matter Supports: No Resolution: .1 mm Infill: 30% Notes: Printed in PLA since it doesn't flex. ABS will probably flex and the splines may slip. I tested the splines and they work with moving arms without load. I haven't tested how much load they can take. Printed without support. One picture shows bad thread quality. The good ones are in the arms. Adjusted the printer to print with 0.1 mm layers for better threads.
