We couldn't have done it without your amazing work. And thank you to everyone who took the time to design these fantastic mods - this is one of mine that I'm working on now. I started my InMoov robot not long ago and began with the head. There are so many awesome mods available for this thing! I decided to combine a little bit of Gael Langevin's version with Mats Önnerby's version for the head and eyes. I wanted to use the Rpi in the head for future uses, but with Gael's new eye mod (inspired by Mats' design). However, I found that using Gael's eyes would interfere with the motion while using the Mats' NeckRedesignV5.stl. The bracket in front needs to be removed or moved back, which causes the jaw servo to move. This led me to redesign the whole piece and some other parts. I wanted to design this thing so it could support all these features: - Removable RPI and Arduino through ears - More head space above for circulating lights like the NeoPixel Ring (printing exterior with transparent filament) - Speaker mount holes - Mats' Modified InMoov head (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:992918) - Gael's new eye mechanism (http://inmoov.fr/eye-mechanism/) - Gear system so wire can be ran through neck made by Andreas Klein(https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1581955). - Low back bracket I redesigned as well to work with Gael's new face panel mounts (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2335838) - Make it look like a crab claw - just kidding! Update 5/26/2017: - Trimmed back of face arms slightly - Enlarged gap for eye mechanism bottom servo (to clear up/down movement) - Added wire holes for speaker and neck brace - Added speaker spacer to lower speaker (eye mechanism would hit it) - Offset speaker holes to one side (made room for eye mechanism) - Reduced holes for neck mount to make slightly tighter fit (sand if you want it more loose) - Moved optional center servo mount back a little to clear eye mechanism; had to make new neck clamp to allow rotation of head ======================= To sum it all up, you will need: ======================= 1.) Mats Önnerby Part 1 (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:992918) files: - JawPistonV2.stl (just the piston part not the bracket) - SkullTopV1.stl - HeadStandNeckHolder.stl (optional) 2.) Mats Önnerby Part 2 (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:994720) file: - ArduinoUnoV2.stl 3.) Zygmunt Wojcik RPI holder (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:754078) file - raspberrry_bPlus_2b.stl 4.) Andreas Klein Neck Gear (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1581955) files: - NeckDriveGearV1.stl - NeckUpperJointV1a.stl 5.) My Low Back Skull Mod for Andreas Klein Neck Gear mod (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2335838) - InMoov_LowBackSkull_gear_remix.stl 6.) Gael Langevin's eye mechanism (http://inmoov.fr/wp-content/uploads/stl/Eyes-mechanism/InMoov-eyes-mechanism.zip) all files Did I miss anything? I will post pictures when I complete the print and get my servos.
