Inmoov front skull - transversal cut
thingiverse
I want to thank Gael Langevin, mastermind behind the revolutionary InMoov 3D-printed robot (http://www.inmoov.fr). I'm modifying the front skull section here, originally divided into 4 parts. My goal is to achieve a smooth, unbroken forehead line. First, all 4 pieces were connected and their surface was polished until it felt like glass. Then came the exciting part - making a crosswise cut that added an extra level of realism. Gone are the holes on top, unnecessary since they no longer serve a purpose. And now comes the smart part: I've redesigned those connectors to provide extra structural support as well as improve printing efficiency.
