Since the release of InMoov hand on Thingiverse, numerous requests have emerged on how to use it as a prosthetic. A French FabLab even approached the designer about using InMoov for a project. However, the initial design was not suitable for this purpose. To address this, the creator intends to focus on the prosthetic perspective. The resulting research can be utilized for the Bionico Prosthetic project or any other prosthetic endeavor without commercial intent. The goal is to house all motors within the palm and create mechanically actuated fingers.
