I rewired the chest of my Inmoov robot to incorporate a 5-inch display, thanks to its four Raspberry Pi units connected via an onboard 100mbit Ethernet network. This setup gives it plenty of computational power, rendering unnecessary the tablet attached to its back. To accommodate the lower stomach area, I adapted parts from this design on Thingiverse: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2413891, allowing me to build the display-chest with or without an Xbox Kinect. The difference is evident in the photos I uploaded to this website.
