Inline skate wheel organiser and storage solution: wheel stacker
prusaprinters
If you ride a lot of different wheel sizes or own frames that use different ones (like Decode, d3c0d3, endless), this little tool is for you! It neatly stacks and stores any wheel size providing labels for position and orientation for each wheel individually. The knob conveniently indicates the orientation of your wheels with the “outside” label. For me, this is the side that points toward your arms.Print hintsI printed this on my Prusa Mini+ using the stock 0.20mm SPEED profile. Align the seams on the rear. Infill is built in, so you need none. No supports are needed too. For each stacker you need: 1 knob1 guider (aka bearing spacer aligner)The required amount of spacers for your wheels. Please note that each spacer is labeled uniquely for side and position. The pre-made gcodes and 3mf files include sets for 2, 3, 4 and 5 wheels per frame.AssemblyFor assembly you need only a couple of extra things:1x locknut M41x washer M41x nut M4 (3mm thick)length of threaded rod M4The length of the rod depends on the number of wheels; it can hold 8 wheels comfortably.Length for 4 wheels: 113mmLength for 6 wheels: 163mmLength for 8 wheels: 213mmLength for 10 wheels: 263mmThe clearance on the guider is pretty tight since it serves as the nut for the stackers.
