Inline joiner for V-slot Rail
thingiverse
Meant for inline joining of V-slot rail, in 20x20 increments. I've attempted to keep the groove that wheels are meant to go along clear. There's a 20x20 variant and a 20x40 variant. The included Solidworks files will allow you to extend this as much as you need (see the example picture -- just be sure to save all assembly components as a single STL!). This is intended to be friction fit, so if it's too tight, good! That said, I have made an attempt to make the tolerances just tight enough without causing too many problems. If you need to adjust the tolerance, the extrusion that provides them has been left un-merged for easy editing. UPDATE: fixed some quirks with the STL files and attempted to make the fit a bit tighter. It may still need some work.
