Inline Belt Holster for Gerber STL 2.5
thingiverse
Recently I was gifted a Gerber STL 2.5 Drop Point Fine Edge Knife. This blade was so incredibly handy for stripping coax that I just had to take it with me everywhere I go, which is pretty much all the time. So I built a magnetically retained holster for it. It's best suited for belts that are 30-35mm wide. I recommend printing this vertically (as shown) with support columns. If you're using ABS, an acetone dip is highly recommended for added strength. You'll also need a 10mm diameter, 1.75mm neodymium magnet. This should stay in the slot just from the tight tolerance alone, but if it doesn't, use a little bit of superglue. The thumb slot was modeled on my rather large thumbs, so if you want to remix this, let me know and I'll post the source files. The Inventor IPT file is already included.
