Inline Adapter for mini slide switch

Inline Adapter for mini slide switch

To make Minecraft torches (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:229421), I sought a low-voltage, in-line switch for the wall-wart cord but couldn't find one. Hence, I created an inline adapter for tiny slide switches found on battery-operated toys and lights. If you know where to source these switches, please share. I retrieved mine from "tea lights" used to build my Minecraft torch. For assembly guidance, refer to the gallery; seal switch with cyanoacrylate or a soldering iron. Be cautious when using thinner cords as the through-holes may be tight on wall wart adapters. This design is minimalist and space is limited. Note that this switch is for low voltage side of the adapter, not exceeding 12V and 500mA.
