I'm working with my Inkbird IBT-2X Bluetooth BBQ thermometer, a straightforward setup that lets me store the thermometer and its clip in one convenient place. The case isn't meant for storing probes; I've opted for two 18.5x3mm magnets to secure those probe spool holders directly to the case instead.
