In my project, I am constructing a 4-color printing station. I am struggling to locate some essential components. When I reached out to the sales representative for assistance in obtaining a model or blueprint, he replied that he couldn't provide such materials but would refund my money if the undamaged part was returned, should I decide to purchase it from him. Instead, I managed to obtain one from the production line and used it as a reference for designing.
