This is the lever for the HP45 (black) ink cartridge holder on a HP Deskjet 980cxi printer. It is probably compatible with other printers that use HP45 ink cartridges. You also need the spring and another part from the original assembly, I only modeled the part that broke on my printer, for now at least. I also included the Blender file. After exporting the stl from Blender I used Microsoft 3D-Builder to clean up some broken geometry.
