Injection Travel Kit

OverviewThis is a travel case for injection kits, primarily people on injectable hormone replacement therapy. The rugged parametric box has had an insert tray added with labeled spaces for the following:syringesvialdraw-up needlesinjection needlescleaning wipesbandagesThe box is fairly straightforward to adjust with a pair of user variables for updating the size of vial.Bill of Materials6x M3x30mm screwsUsageI have provided in the root an archive containing both the remixed box and all components. Most is still parameterized for your pleasure modifying, in particular the vial dimensions. The All-in-One directory contains multi-part models made for known vial dimensions and manufacturers. For the most part these should suffice, simply include, slice, and go. I recommend printing with a brim since large models in PLA can pull off the print bed. These are very good for stickers if you wish to apply one to the top or bottom. The Embossed Lids are some alternative lids I've created using popular terms for the medication therein. These are not required but you may find amusing. Each has the text on the exterior sunk to 2mm into the 4mm lid, still plenty of distance to support the contents. The dimenions are small and should not require supports.Pre-sliced code has also been provided. I do not recommend using them since I do not recommend running other people's sliced models in general, but I thought it wouldn't hurt to provide them just in case. I can verify all of them have run on my printers without issue. Your mileage may vary ContributingI have done my best to make model files available for a variable of manufacturers and dimensions. If one is missing and you can get me the dimensions of the vial please notify me and I will get it adjusted as soon as I can. That said, pull the archive, open in Fusion 360, and use “Modify → Change Parameters” to be able to adjust for your own vial if I am moving too slowly.Like my work? Donate here.
