Injection-mould Silvana Decathlon mask adapter with 3D printed accessoires

Injection-moulded Silvana adapter for Decathlon face masks (with white connector). This allows to provide oxygen supply to patients in CPAP applications (or filtered air for healthcare workers in PAPR applications) using the Decathlon scuba mask, filtering the exhaust gases. The original Silvana series were 3D printed (https://www.prusaprinters.org/prints/27214-silvana-decathlon-face-mask-adapters). At one point we decided to make an injection-moulded version for better sterilizability and airtightness. The three output pipes are directly connected to the three channels of the connector, of which the central is intended as intake and the outer two channels as exhaust. The exhaust channels are not interconnected due to manufacturing limitations (injection-moulding using two mold halves without additional moving parts). 3D printable accessoires are available to convert the 22M ports to 22F or bend these outwards or shut off one of the exhausts.
