Hello, i present you a mold for AAP-01 piston head, it designed to be a little bigger then original one to archive a better seal. it can be use with high shore construction adhesives like moment high tack, sika 118 how to use: - first you will need to break obj file into parts in your slicer. flat part go on the bed. after print it need to be assemble according to obj file. cylinder is glued. - parts need to be waxed before using to avoid. i used automotive liquid wax but any demold agent should work - put the 2 pieces together with 2 3mm screws or 2mm screw, doesnt matter. - you will need a silicon gun to force adhesive into the cylinder cone. - apply pressure until adhesive start flowing between the 2 parts, due to print quality there will be a little gap. if is not make sure it is some space:) - let it dry for 2 days. - demold and you should let it cure according to adhesive instruction, of course could be use after demold :)
