This is a 2 cavity injection mold to make those wind defectors for the tops of automotive windows. This is front windows RH & LH only. The customer went against the hot runner suggestion and wanted cold sprue. Poly carbonate with shrink .004/ inch added. There are interchangeable inserts at the parting line to make two different version of the deflector.
