I sought a more efficient way to monitor initiative after removing the DM screen from play. This initiative tracker serves as a visual aid where players or monsters are represented by colorful ribbons attached to a pole, determining their order of action. To construct it, print the necessary parts, customize the ribbon to fit your preferences, and use a 10mm dowel rod, preferably one that's 13 inches long for optimal functionality.
