These are 'Clips' made to set on top of the DM Screen to track the initiative order during a fight. There is one for every class, enemy and ally. You can make multiple ones for enemies or allies, but just color them differently. Tip while coloring: Paint everything in one color. The top you can stamp in ink. UPDATE: Added "Cure holder" to models. Print this to cure the clips, otherwise is warping possible.
