I created an initiative dashboard that's not just limited to Shadowrun - it's adaptable to any RPG system. To use this system, simply write or print the character name on a small piece of paper and place it in the designated slots. Next, assign each character a color by using a peg with a corresponding hue. Once you've done that, place their marker on the board to keep track of their initiative position. Markers stack when characters have the same init value. In Shadowrun, after each round, move every character one slot to the right until all players are out of turns.
