I'll need to make adjustments with assistance, but the assistive element will be positioned discreetly against your shirt, out of sight. Any marks left behind won't affect the overall appearance. This is my initial version; I may refine it later. Since this is a flat design, you can easily attach it to a surface using double-sided tape or by melting one side of a safety pin and attaching it to the backing.
