The design splits into two STL files for dual color printing on a Dual-Extrusion Replicator 1. For printing instructions on the ReplicatorG-Sailfish-0039, first load each STL into RepG to confirm positioning within the print area. Restart RepG and select "Merge .STL files for DualExtrusion." Follow prompts to choose appropriate STL for nozzle color match, then click Merge and generate gcode files. Modify gCode as needed, build a .s3g file onto an SD card, and print with temperatures at 110'C HBP and 220'C nozzles for a dual-color finish.
