I needed something to mount these: https://www.adafruit.com/product/2167 Onto a flat base board with the sensor being held vertically. There are two versions. One with a shroud for the ir led and receiver. One with out the shroud. As I have some of these close together I found with the shroud it narrows the IR beam and prevents interference between sensors.
