Infitary Extruder Mod by C/D
thingiverse
This is the modified spring-loaded extruder for the Alunar Mini R100, a project based on the original Infitary Printer makerbot design. To ensure compatibility with every element of the Infitary Extruder, I carefully matched each component to its corresponding part from the original extruder, making sure that all components can be used seamlessly in this project. I created a custom spacer for the spring hole, which allows for precise calibration of the spring force on the filament. In my case, two spacers are sufficient to apply the right amount of pressure for proper extrusion. In the provided image, certain parts such as Main and Cover were printed with ABS material, but the configuration is specifically designed for PLA filament. If you follow these instructions carefully, I am confident that you will achieve perfect results. Print Settings: Printer: Alunar Mini R100 Rafts: No Supports: Yes Resolution: 0.1 Infill: 100% Notes: All printer configuration notes are clearly visible in the provided image.
