Infinity LED ( 8mm ) Strip Track

Recently Aircookie was featured on Dr.Zzs' stream and the combined efforts of the WLED Team inspired me to try and do something to contribute. Not only did I place a large order for WS282B LEDs, but I was motivated to prepare for my Christmas lights (and various other LED installations I had been thinking about.) To that end, I have created and tested this endless strip of sectioned LED tracking to provide a better, more consistent way of attaching LEDs and not relying on the terrible adhesive strips they all seem to come with. I present - The Infinity LED Track. This was designed and tested with IP67 (waterproof) 8mm LEDs, with basic RGB 8mm LEDs strips and with 8mm LED cool white strips. All three variants fit the same. It is a very tight fit, I had to align the LED tracks, place the connector piece on a flat surface and slide the LED strips from piece to piece slowly, and carefully. Once I had added four or more pieces, it became very tight and I was only able to push/pull the strip by using a flat surface item on the LEDs themselves to gain grip. I recommend pulling the entire strip through one piece or two pieces at a time, and then place the connector. I also added a small bit of tape to hold the connector in place as I move it all about. NOTE: You will need a desk, table or long flat surface for your connections, to make it easier. - Feedback Welcomed - This design is not perfect, I recommend marking one end of the tracking and keeping it oriented the same way, to achieve the best results.
