I purchased a leather welding glove from Harbor Freight at www.harborfreight.com/welding-gloves-39664.html and spray-painted it gold for mounting parts. You can print infinity stones from https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2888091 I made little platforms with a hole in the center for an LED and a 5x1mm hole for a magnet so the stones could be removed. I printed a set of stones in various colors using colored PLA filament, then another set that was all printed with glow-in-the-dark filament which I colored the various colors using Sharpies.
