Check out the blog release on https://timeportalgames.com/wp/. This 3D print/laser cut mash-up is a 28mm fort/castle, totally component-based. It allows you to create structures of any scale and dimension regarding exterior contour. The fort shown here is only a proof-of-concept build, not meant to impress anyone. Its total potential is enormous compared to what I'm showcasing now. This release is open-source. It took some time due to all the parts involved, but it went fairly quickly for me considering them all, taking about a month of my spare free time from start to finish.
