This 2-part t-slot design features a tongue-and-groove fit, allowing for a 100mm rail when one half is flipped upside down before connecting. Moreover, by aligning both halves facing "up", an infinitely long t-slotted rail can be created. This solves the issue of printing large structural components. The printed model, made from PLA at 250 microns with 20% infill, exhibits strength and tight tolerances that require a hammer to separate.
