Neatly holds Infini sponge sanding sticks for sanding flat items. Cut for 350mm and larger printers. Join pieces together with two part epoxy and mallet the dogbone connectors in to secure the two pieces together. The top rails also get glued on to secure the sponges. There is one shallow slot for the 4000 grit stick. These fabulous sticks are available at micromark.com and i'm just completely tickled with them for working on flat items with this jig. They're great for non flat items when not in the jig. This is designed to sit on top of a tile. The ledge holds it in place while you're sanding. The purple part is self stick EVA foam from lolmart. There is a trough on top for placing jewelry with pin backs in it so that the backings can stick though the foam while you're working on the piece. There is also a skinny piece of foam stuck to the bottom of the ledge to cushion it on the tabletop. This allows me to add more foam if i'm using a taller piece of tile or other work surface and quiets the jig while i'm sanding.
