Infill & support test

Infill & support test

thingiverse

I created a simple test print after a previous attempt failed to lay down its infill successfully. My goal was to compare the integrity of various slicing parameters, so I came up with this design. I also added a support test since I often use similar settings for both features. While not essential, having a dedicated test for support might be helpful in certain situations. Some key points about this print: * The idea is to stop it early in its cycle before the printer can complete the roof section. That's why I made it so tall - it ensures that the test will be completed even if you forget to stop the print on time. * I designed it wide enough to accommodate a few lines of support and infill without requiring changes to your existing settings. * The length is sufficient for full acceleration, giving you ample runway to test different parameters. To use this print effectively, simply orient it along the axis of your infill and stop the print at any time before reaching the roof.
