This component serves a similar purpose to the Infento axle clamp, transmitting torque from a hex axle to a profile. However, its design differs from that of the original Infento axle clamp in one key aspect: the centerline of the profile and the axle do not intersect. In contrast, the original Infento axle clamp features a 50mm offset between these two lines, which may sometimes be undesirable. This component should not be used for critical safety applications such as chassis parts, particularly wheel supports, due to its material composition. Unlike the Infento axle clamp made from PA GF, this part is simply made of PA and lacks the added strength of glass fibers.
