Inexpensive Document Camera for Distance Learning
prusaprinters

I needed cheap document cameras for my students. They have laptops, but I had no way of seeing what they were working on. I created this clip-on mirror that turns a laptop camera down. Kids put a whiteboard on their keyboard. With this clip-on I can see kids point to words in books. I can also see kids use math manipulatives. This clip-on needs an acrylic mirror and two 16mm 2M nuts and bolts.

Print instructions

The first design works on any laptop. This is a PLA print at 20% fill. It takes 8 hours to print.

The second design works on only one model of laptop.
