I used B-type with 6 mm nut: https://www.motedis.com/shop/Aluprofile/Aluprofil-20x20-B-Typ-Nut-6::1.html 10 M4 hammer nuts for the profiles. - Screws: 16 M3x10 16 M3x14 6 M4x12 10 M4x16 4 M5x16 8 M5x20 10 M6x20 2 M6x35 4 M6x40 4 M5 lock nuts for the motor The rest can be salvaged from the original build. The spindle plate has bore holes for the 1.5kW spindle. I will update a file with a hole pattern for the 500W spindle the next days (or if someone has the spindle and can estimate the best bore hole positions please contact me) Edit: I added a step file with all machined parts.
