This was designed to hang from the window sill next to my toilet in my bathroom. The files contain the primary structure of the roll holder plus three smaller parts that must be joined together using E6000 glue. Those three smaller pieces will unite to form the toilet paper "ripper," which snaps on and off the main body of the roll holder, allowing for easy switching between used TP rolls and new ones.
